Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India through third party courier and logistics partners.


Delivery Timelines

Normal Shipping: Estimated delivery timeline is 7–10 business days. This is our standard delivery option and applies to most regular orders.

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery timeline is 4–5 business days. This service is recommended for urgent gifting requirements and time-sensitive deliveries.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on destination city, courier network, and public holidays.


Shipping Charges


Normal Shipping charges may be applied at checkout based on order value and delivery location. Express Shipping incurs additional charges and will be clearly shown at checkout. For bulk or corporate orders, shipping charges may vary based on quantity and delivery locations.


Tracking Information


Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation, tracking ID, and courier partner details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp on your registered contact details.


Delivery Responsibility


Please ensure that the shipping address, recipient name, and phone number provided at checkout are complete and accurate. Autaara shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges caused due to incorrect address details, incomplete contact information, recipient unavailability, or failed delivery attempts. If the shipment is returned due to any of these reasons, re-shipping charges will be applicable.



Delay Disclaimer

While we work with trusted courier partners, deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather disruptions, regional restrictions, public holidays, courier delays, festive season rush, and force majeure events. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Customised & Personalised Orders


Customised and personalised orders require dedicated preparation and may take longer than standard orders. Such orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and processing has begun. Delivery timelines for custom orders will be communicated separately.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders


In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, missing items, or incorrect products, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. All such concerns will be handled in accordance with our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.
